Sagay Travel Guide

Sagay Marine Reserve - This reserve is established in 1999 to protect the marine life in Carbin Reef and the Maca Reef. The Maca reef is second home to migratory birds. You can arrange for a boat ride at the tourist office or at the pier. There’s scant diving activity in the reefs since the water is too shallow. Snorkeling is the most preferred choice to enjoy the reef most.

Balay Kauswagan - A government owned convention center with rooms and a swimming pool for the guests.

Himoga-an River Cruise – The latest attraction of Sagay Negros. This 2 hour boat cruise allows the guests to enjoy the view of the river and the scenery.

Museo sang Bata - Is the only children’s museon outside metro manila. The museum has 4 permanent exhibit areas namely Marine Story, Hampanganan, Las Islas Filipinas and Yosi Kadiri. It has varied programs designed to awaken and stimulate the creative and intellectual potential of the Negrense children.
