Roberto’s Siopao Iloilo
Roberto’s snack house is known for having the best and largest Siopao in Iloilo City. Located in the busy streets of JM Basa in Iloilo makes it accessible for those craving for quick snack. Little has changed in the restaurant’s interior, feels like being frozen in time. Occasionally, I dropped by the place whenever I have the time to roam around the city.
Roberto’s siopao buns are stuffed with generous mix of ground pork, chicken and adobo sauce. The bun’s texture is soft and moist that it complements the filling perfectly. The Queen Siopao is filled with eggs, bacon, ground pork and chicken. It can even be a full meal because of its size. Unfortunately, the Queen siopao is only available on selected days of the week. Aside from siopao, Roberto’s also have varied snacks and meals to satisfy your tummy.
