Oton Plaza Iloilo

Oton park

The Oton Park is considered to be as one of the beautiful plazas in Iloilo. Noted for its clean and well maintained shrubs. Even on a hot day, you can chill in the park under the cool shade of the trees. Oval shaped basketball court makes it ideal venue for activities and sport activities. Children can frolick on the playground equipped with swings and seesaws.

One remarkable structure in the park is the sculpture of Oton Saga. It is a mural relief sculpture that depicts the historical events of the town, from the arrival of the datus to World War II. The mural was sculpted by a distinguished Ilonggo National artist Timoteo J. Jumayo.
