Molo Plaza in Iloilo

molo plaza

Molo Plaza in Iloilo is rich in history that even the national hero himself Jose Rizal marvelled at the St. Anne Gothic church. The towering gazebo of the plaza is one of its recognizable landmark in Molo. The plaza playground is flocked by children after school is finished. Take a stroll among the lush trees and the geometric design on the pavement. On sunday mornings, the bibingka stalls lines up selling freshy cooked bibingka. Church goers can satisfy their hunger with quick snacks around the plaza.

At night the plaza looks splendid at night with the lights illuminating the gazebo. Food stalls selling kikiam, waffles and fishballs makes it an ideal dating place for lovers on shoestring budget.
