Masskara 2010 Bacolod Winners

Here are the list of winners for Masskara Festival 2010. This year’s champion is Brgy Mandalagan for Baranggay category and Sum-ag Elementary school in Elementary division. Congratulations! I would like to congratulate Enrico Dee’s sponsored group “Barangay 17″ for garnering 1st place. I regret that I wasn’t able to take videos of the event. I myself wasn’t able to watch it due to time constraints.
