Bavaria – Iloilo German Restaurant
Bavaria is a typical German restaurant in Jaro Iloilo that famous for its authentic sausages. Their Pepper steak is one of the restaurant’s specialty and Spezi, a non alcoholic beverage. The restaurant’s interiors has this cozy German pub ambience. For a minute it seems that you’ve transported to Germany. There’s wide array of German cuisine to choose from.
Bavaria Restaurant Review
We were lucky to have a private area to ourselves. The place was ideal for intimate dining good for four people. I ordered a Vienna Sausage Meal with potato salad while my companion ordered Hungarian Sausage with Java rice. The saurkraut that comes with the sausages complements the dish. You can say that Sauerkraut is the German counterpart of Atsara. Its ingredient is pickled cabbage. In all, we had a great dining experience at Bavaria.
