Iloilo National Statistics Office (NSO)
The National Statistics Office or commonly known as NSO is where you can request for the documents such as birth, marriage and death certificate. If your records are within Iloilo, the processing would be quicker in 1 day or 2. For those outside of Iloilo, it would take about 3-5 days. There are times where the NSO office is insanely crowded like end of March, before June and Board exam seasons (Take note of nursing board exam months). Always get your certificates whenever you can to avoid the hassle of crowds.

I am from California USA, i am looking for my grandmother’s birth certificate copy yr 1904-1905. Her name was Mine Catherine Upham or Apham or Catherine Upham/Apham. Her father was Edward Upham or Apham (an American Soldier). We do know she was born in Iloilo. If you can give me any Info about her Birth Certificate. Or how or where can i get it?

I was born in Iloilo on March 16, 1963 and my gender was incorrectly entered on my birth certificate as ‘male’. I wish to change this to my right gender, female.

ask ko lang poh sana ung NSO ko kc my error..taga lipa poh ako pero jan ako pinanganak s ilo-ilo .. kumuha poh ako ng NSO d2 lipa pero bkt poh walang name na CHERRY MAE nkalagay lang poh eh surname ko at middle name..!nagaaply poh ako work d2 pero d poh ako matangggap kc my problema nga poh..sabi poh ipaauz ko daw poh jan sa ilo-ilo .pde nio poh b auzn ung name kuh dun..kelangan lang poh kc..salamat poh..

nang umuwi kumuha ako ng birthcertifacate ng anak ko..ang aga aga kung pumila para kumuha ng nos,my nos 668 at pinabalik kami ng 2 pm but lumagpas na pala ang nos.ko at ang sb ng staff nio dyan bumalik na lang kinabukasan..hindi ko akalain na ganun pala ang system nio ang hirap pumila then lalagpas lang ng konti balik kinabukasan!!!sana maglagay kau ng note..dyan sa labas na paglumagpas balik na lang 2morrow!!!it s a bad experiece!!!sana ayusin nio naman ung sistema nio para walang magalit na mga tao…

I have applied a copy of my birth certificate online at ecensus and had already been paid since march 2011. I have not gotten any response on my email or mailing address whether its rejected or not.
