Griller’s Oyster House Now Open at Smallville Iloilo
Grillers Oyster House is now at Vertex Building, Smallville Iloilo. The resto officially opened last December 18, 2010 with the presence of Mayor Jed Mabilog and Vice-Mayor Joe III Espinosa. The City Officials and Grillers owners Raymund Kaw Sing, Sherwin Sy and Ryan Casipe officiated the ribbon cutting ceremony.
The officials and guests treat to sumptous dinner buffet which includes the specialty of the house, the grilled talaba and the ultra hot spicy grilled talaba. Aside from oysters, there’s lechon manok, sinigang, pork chop and more. As for the desserts, I can’t simply get over the creamy leche flan and black Samba. I’ve tasted a lot of leche flan served in different restos but this one is simply divine.
At 10pm, Grillers transforms from resto into bar with DJ and laser lights. Perfect way to spend the weekends with friends while having some oysters and beer. I totally recommend the “Lumpiga” seat outside the resto. So guys, check out Griller’s oyster house to get your fix of grilled and steamed talaba.
