Burgundy – Ilonggo Band From Zarraga Iloilo
Burgundy was formed because of the love for music. All are residing in one Subdivision in Zarraga, the group was formed after a series of jam sessions and party appearances. Before they recruit Geneveve as their vocalist/lucky charm, the three of them are already jamming twice a week, until someone recommend them about Geneveve.
A series of jam session with Geneveve makes them decide that she is the one that they are looking for. Right now, they are working on their Singles which they plan to contribute these materials for Iloilo Lokal – an organization of Ilonggo Musician.
Burgundy are open for any genres, they want to explore songs which are sung by Male vocalist, re arrange it and play those with a Female singer adding their own touch. They want to leave a mark in the local music scene that even they have a Female singer, still they can play Ozzy Osbourne or any Male Band.
So let Burgundy add another color to Ilonggo Music Scene…as their Motto says, ” Anything Goes!
