Atrium Iloilo Shopping Mall
Atrium Iloilo was the leading shopping mall in Iloilo in the 90′s. The mall is located right in between Gen Luna Street and Valeria Street. The Mcdonald’s fast food chain made its Iloilo debut in this mall. Tinapayan bakeshop at the ground floor of the mall offers freshly baked bread and delicious pastries. Grocery items are available at Iloilo Supermart Atrium branch and nearby is the school and stationary supplies section.
Restaurants and food court usually occupies the 2nd level of the mall. Shoppers can cool off with Halo-halo, ice cream sundaes at Krystal Ice. Kikay shoppers will find their beauty fix at boutiques, beauty salon and novelty items shops are found on the 3rd level. The Delta computer shop carries various PC and computer accesories.
Day’s Hotel is located on the topmost floor of the mall. The location of the hotel makes it convenient for tourist and transient visitors. They can do their groceries, buy necessary toiletries and purchase extra clothes.
Despite having limited shops, the Atrium still has its own charm. Looking back, each one has their own special memories of the mall. Arcade gamers used to flock the Cosmo Arcade to play their favorite games. During the heydays of grunge and alternative rock, Audiophiles eagerly awaits the latest cassettes and CDs available at Soundworld. Although the Soundworld no longer updates its invetories of cds, you can still find old cds not commonly found elsewhere.
